1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Splooto platform and website, which connects pet parents with local pet care providers. By accessing or using Splooto, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the platform. We may update these Terms from time to time and will notify you of material changes.

2. Platform Services

Splooto is a trusted pet care discovery platform services. During our pre-launch phase, we collect waitlist signups from pet parents and providers. Once launched, the platform will enable:

  • Discovery of verified local pet care providers
  • Service-level reviews and ratings from real pet parents
  • Booking and payment management
  • Direct communication between pet parents and providers
  • Provider verification and trust badges

3. User Accounts

When creating an account or joining the waitlist, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and current information
  • Maintain the security of your login credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
  • Promptly update your information if it changes

4. Waitlist and Pre-Launch

By joining our waitlist, you understand that:

  • Joining the waitlist does not guarantee early access or any specific launch date
  • We may use your information to send launch updates and relevant communications
  • You can unsubscribe from communications at any time
  • Provider sign-ups are expressions of interest and do not constitute a binding agreement

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the platform only for lawful purposes related to pet care services
  • Not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Not interfere with the platform's operation or other users' experience
  • Not scrape, harvest, or collect data without consent
  • Not impersonate others or misrepresent your identity

6. Reviews and Content

Once the platform is live, reviews will be a core part of Splooto's trust system. Users must:

  • Write honest reviews based on real experiences with specific services
  • Not submit fraudulent, abusive, defamatory, or misleading content
  • Not offer or accept compensation in exchange for reviews

We reserve the right to moderate and remove content that violates these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Splooto's platform design, code, branding, and content are our intellectual property
  • You retain ownership of content you submit (reviews, photos, feedback)
  • By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it on the platform

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Splooto is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are a discovery platform and are not responsible for:

  • The quality, safety, or outcome of services arranged through the platform
  • Provider accuracy, credentials, or performance
  • Any damages arising from your use of the platform

We encourage all users to verify credentials and reviews before engaging with any provider.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Splooto harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, violation of these Terms, or content you submit.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for:

  • Violation of these Terms of Service
  • Fraudulent activity or providing false information
  • Behaviour that poses a risk to other users

You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, India. We encourage users to contact us first to resolve disputes informally.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver.

13. Changes to Terms
